Wednesday Night Poetry Open Mic
Wednesday Night Poetry in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas is one of the longest-running consecutive weekly poetry events in the world.

First held February 1, 1989, Wednesday Night Poetry has not missed a Wednesday of poetry reading in historic downtown Hot Springs since. It is thought to be the longest continuously-running weekly poetry event in the country.

Hosted by Poet & author Kai Coogin, every Wednesday, 6:30pm – 9:00pm of Facebook.

Open mic for all poets, songwriters and storytellers begins at 6:30.
Feature Poets may be local, regional, or touring artists, and typically do a 20-30 min set starting at 7:00. This is followed by a second round of open mic. Free and open to all ages.

Centering Yourself through Journaling – Online ClassThis workshop will focus on using journaling to process, explore, and center yourself. I will share how journaling has helped my work, creative process, personal relationships, and overall state of mind.

Participants will be led through a variety of journaling exercises and received tips on gaining the tools and confidence to make journaling a part of your life. how to use journaling. No previous journaling or writing experience required!
