Acrylic & Ink

I am thrilled to be able to share Acrylic & Ink An Exhibition of Paintings and Poetry, this fall at the Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts in Fond du Lac Wisconsin!

“Acrylic and Ink” features two artists and two mediums: the ekphrastic poetry of Wisconsin poet and author Adrienne S. Wallner (me) in conversation with the acrylic paintings of my grandfather, Wisconsin artist Philip Richard Stock.

Exhibition dates will be November 8 – December 18, 2026. More details to come!

Support Superior

Marine Debris Awareness Exhibit

Currently on view at Isle Royale National Park in the Rock Harbor Auditorium & Aboard the US NPS Ranger III.

I am so proud to be a part of this important exhibit that brings awareness to a very real issue here in the Great Lakes region and around the world.  Funded by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Support Superior exhibit was designed by artist Maine artist Mariah Reading, Support Superior includes sculpture and visual art by Mariah, poetry by David Mainero, my poetry and assemblages, and artwork in a variety of mediums from the Isle Royale Artist-in-Residence archives.

My contributions to the exhibit include two poetry and mixed media assemblages and a collection of Black Out Poems created using text from the Save Our Seas Act and books about Lake Superior, NOAA reports, statistics, and regional debris information.

Pictured below is one of my assemblages aboard the Ranger III.
